About the artist!

Rose has been doing art all of her life. In all types of media she has experienced it all. From skin, to metal, to fur - no surface is too challenging for Rose! She will tackle just about anything with great sucess. Making custom clothing for famous bands, or wild costumes to wear out to the Lady GaGa concert she will make your creative visions and fantasies come to life.

Rose has attended many convenvetions and hands-on classes. She has been taught by the best instructors in the industry such as: The Wolfe Brothers; Mark Reid; Pashur; Jody Carr; Marcela Murad (and the list goes on).

She is always challenging herself to create her most beautiful work yet. With 4 years of art college under her belt Rose knows the value of continuing to learn and expand and to consistently strive for excellence.

From children's parties to nightclubs and sporting events; "At The Top Creations" has been there to provide beautiful quality body art for 12 years and counting. Rose Delfino has been a face painter and body artist since 1998. Her experience shows in her technique, originality, speed, and the obvious expertise and attention to detail.

KIDS PARTIES:

Want to add some extra fun to your child's birthday party? We can turn each child into cute kittens, glittery princesses, superheroes, scary zombies and much more! Our staff loves to dress up as well to really make your event magical.

ADULT FUN!

Hey grownups! We know that you like to play too! Whether you are dressing up for conventions or going out clubbing, our attire and skills don't only apply to children's parties. Rose and her trained body artists have also painted at nightclubs such as San Francisco's Ruby Skye, Polly Esther's, and the Avalon nightclub in Santa Clara. Our blacklight paint will really make you shine on the dancefloor!

Face and body painting for childrens parties, corporate events, bachlorette parties, private body painting, prenatal belly painting, and more!

You name it, I will come and paint for you! (I have even painted my horse.)

We also decorate with rhinestones and temporary tattoo paint that lasts up to 5 days and will even withstand going into the water.

All of our artist's training translates into beautifull, whimsical works of art that will transform you and others at your party into a conversation piece rather than a little piece of cheek art. Rose's painting is really a show in self with alot of adults ending up in the face painting line.

Rose has been comissioned to do many custom jobs like creating decorated fashion pieces for famous people. One of her costumes was picked as the best 150 in the nations by Lady GaGa her self, and made it in V magazine "Crystals on Skin"!

FROM SPANDEX TO LATEX, OUTERWARE TO UNDERWARE THE SKY IS THE LIMIT. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE JUST ASK!!!

1. We will show up to our appointments on time and be set up and ready to paint.

2. We will use only FDA approved products and glitter.

3. We will maintain a clean and sanitary work space.

4. We will come in appropriate costume if requested.

5. We will maintain adequate liability insurance.

6. We will make as many people smile as we possibly can in the short amount of time we are given to be with you!!!

We are based out of San Jose, California and are available to paint in most of the greater Bay Area. Farther locations may be negotiated for a base $25.00 travelling fee.
